Building a Therapeutic Relationship Based on Trust and Healing

The relationship between a client and therapist is unique—it requires trust, openness, and a shared commitment to growth. I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing can begin.

For the past 20 years, I have worked with individuals and families in both school settings and private practice. Through this experience, I’ve learned that while we are all part of larger systems—families, schools, communities—each person has unique needs that can be met through a strong therapeutic relationship.

My approach is client-centered and solutions-focused, meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. I bring creativity and flexibility to our work together, tailoring each session to your specific needs and goals. I make no assumptions about your past, present, or future—my role is to be an active, compassionate partner in your healing process.
